Politicians in debate

RDM Rotterdam
The Dutch seaports are vital to our economy, energy supply, and industry. But how can we ensure they remain a driving force for prosperity and employment in the future? That was the key question discussed by several politicians during the BOZ and Port Industry Election Debate.

Topics such as resilience, security of supply, the investment climate, the energy transition, and the growing demand for technical professionals were all extensively discussed.

Participants included Robert Tieman (BBB), Derk Boswijk (CDA), Pieter Grinwis (Christian Union), Hans Vijlbrief (D66), Suzanne Kröger (GreenLeft–Labour Party), Geert Koster (JA21), Emin Başoğlu (SP), Marieke Koekkoek (Volt), and Claire Martens-America (VVD).

You can listen to the debate on the Port of Rotterdam Authority’s podcast.
