The Warehouse Sneak Peek
After a reception with coffee and treats, the tenants visited the construction site, viewed building materials, and walked through their future units using a VR headset. The interactive reception was very well received.
The Warehouse consists of four business units, each 1,000 m². This project began in 2018 with a feasibility study for an 8,000 m² site between the Submarine Wharf and the Ship Lift.
CONCR3DE, an innovative start-up, is moving from the Innovation Dock to The Warehouse. Ampelmann is expanding its premises at RDM with a second unit, continuing its presence at RDM since 2007. De Haas, a family business from Maassluis, is expanding its activities at RDM with two units in The Warehouse.
The building and systems will be delivered energy-neutral, with occupancy planned for the end of the first quarter of 2025. Construction company Jongekrijg is the main contractor and RoosRos is the architectural firm.
